We hope this is a rare occurrence but if your Provider is late to arrive, you can view their current location in the app to get a sense of their ETA. If you have not already, please attempt to contact your Provider by going to your Current Chores tab. From here tap the chore of the Provider you are attempting to contact. Beneath the Provider's bio, you should see the following two icons:
