You can contact your customer through the Takl app. Go to My Jobs, then tap the chore in which you want to contact the customer.
You will be able to contact your customer at the following times:
Now Jobs: You can text your customer as soon as they confirm you for the job. Once you click "Navigation", you will be able to call them.
Scheduled Jobs: You can text your customer as soon as they confirm you for the job. You are able to call them within two hours of the scheduled appointment time, and you have clicked "Navigation".
This can be done by tapping the SMS or Phone icon on the job screen and will allow you to provide any further instructions or final details to your customer.
