How do I contact my customer?

There is a call and text option to contact the customer. The phone number is masked to protect your personal phone number. The masked phone number that is assigned lasts throughout the length of the job. On "Now" jobs you can contact your customer as soon as you start navigation. With "Scheduled" jobs you will be able to text right away and call them once you click start navigation 2 hours before the job starts.
