How do I contact my provider?

You can contact your Provider through the Takl app. Go to My Jobs, then tap the chore in which you want to contact the Provider.

You will be able to contact your Provider at the following times:

Now Jobs: You will be able to Text your Provider as soon as you confirm them for the job. Once they have gone "En Route" you will be able to call them.

Scheduled Jobs: You will be able to Text your Provider as soon as you confirm them for the job. You are able to call them within two hours of the scheduled appointment time, and your Provider has gone "En Route"

To contact the provider of your chore, tap the SMS or Phone icon on the job screen. This also gives you the opportunity to reach out and mention any further instructions or final details to your provider.
